At Powerlit®, we ensure your order is delivered to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below, you can read all about our shipping options and delivery times.

Delivery time and shipping costs
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days .
  • Within the Netherlands and Belgium, the average delivery time is 1-3 working days .
  • Shipping costs at powerlit.nl are free .
Shipping partners

We work with UPS as our shipping partner. As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive a track & trace code so you can track your package.

What if my order is delayed?

We do our best to deliver your order on time, but sometimes unforeseen delays can occur due to carrier delays. If your package is taking longer than expected, please contact us at info@powerlit.nl and we'll be happy to help.

Not at home when delivery takes place?

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will make a second delivery attempt or deliver the package to a nearby collection point.

Returns

At Powerlit.nl, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you then have another 14 days to return the product.

Refund:
You will receive a refund for the full order amount including shipping costs .

Return costs:
You'll be responsible for paying for your return shipment to our warehouse. This costs approximately €7.25 per package , depending on the carrier.

Return Policy
  • The product must be complete and, if reasonably possible, returned in the original packaging .
  • Please handle the product with care and ensure proper packaging when returning it. Damaged products or packaging may result in a reduction in value, which we may deduct from the refund amount.
How do you return your order?
  1. Register your return by sending an email to info@powerlit.nl .
  2. Please return the product according to the instructions you receive.
  3. We will refund the amount within 14 days , provided we have received the product in good condition.
