How can I place an order?
To place an order, select the product you want, choose any specific options like size or color, and add the product to your shopping cart. You can then go to your shopping cart and complete the checkout process by entering your details and choosing a payment method.
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes, it is possible to place an order without creating an account at Powerlit.
Is there a minimum order value required?
No, we do not have a minimum order value.
How do I use a gift card or promotional code?
You can enter the code during the checkout procedure when paying.
Can I save multiple addresses for future orders?
Yes, you can add a delivery address to your Powerlit account.
Can I place an order by phone?
No, unfortunately this isn't possible. Placing an order is very easy through our website. If you have any questions, please contact us using our contact options.
What should I do if I have problems placing an order?
It's always possible something might go wrong when placing an order. Please use the contact options so we can act quickly.

Can I change an order after it has been placed?
No, unfortunately this isn't possible. After the order has been placed, it can only be canceled if it hasn't yet been prepared for shipment.
How do I cancel my order?
Your order can only be canceled if it hasn't yet been prepared for shipment. If this is the case, please send an email to info@powerlit.nl.

How do I return an item?
Within what period do I have to return my order?
At Powerlit, we apply the statutory 14-day cooling-off period. This period begins on the day your order is delivered.
Example:
Orders placed on Monday, April 15th and delivered on April 16th at 3:00 PM. You can return your order until 11:59 PM on April 29th.
After registering your return, you have another 14 days to receive the order from us.
Are there any costs associated with returning?
The costs of returning an order will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or due to, for example, an incorrect delivery by Powerlit.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
No, unfortunately, Powerlit doesn't accept exchanges. We only accept returns and reorders.
What is the status of my return?
Once your return has been received and processed, you'll receive an email from us confirming whether we've accepted it and the refund amount. We currently don't provide interim status emails.
Will I receive a full refund for returned items?
If the product is unused and in 100% good condition, you will receive the full purchase price of the returned items back in the same way as it was paid.
If there is anything wrong with the article, we will contact you first.
What happens if my return is not accepted?
If we conclude that the returned item has been used, is possibly damaged, and is therefore unsellable, we unfortunately cannot refund the returned item.
We will always contact you if something like this happens.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
We process payments through our payment provider, Mollie. Their processing time is 3-5 business days.
What should I do if my return is lost?
As a customer, you are always 100% responsible for returning an item correctly.
When returning an item, we recommend that you always choose shipping companies that offer insurance, so you can be sure you are covered for loss.
In case of loss of a package, we recommend that you contact the shipping company.
Can I return damaged or defective items?
Did you receive a damaged or defective item? That's very frustrating and certainly not what you want.
We recommend that you immediately take photos of the defect/damage and contact us, so we can help you find the right solution.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the most common payment methods in the Netherlands.

Is online payment safe with you?
Yes, payments on Powerlit.nl are completely secure. Our website is secure, and data is encrypted with SSL. All payments are processed through Mollie, a provider with years of experience in online payments.
What happens if my payment is declined?
If your payment is declined, please use a different payment method or contact us.
Can I pay upon delivery?
No, unfortunately this is not possible.
Will I receive an invoice for my purchase?
Yes, you will always receive a VAT invoice from us by email.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
All prices on Powerlit.nl include 21% VAT.
Can I pay in installments?
No, unfortunately this is not (yet) possible.
Deliveries ↓
What are the shipping costs?
We do not charge shipping costs at Powerlit.nl for orders over €20.
Can I choose the delivery date?
No, unfortunately that is not (yet) possible.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM on weekdays are generally delivered the next day. However, we find that courier services are not always able to keep their delivery promises, so please allow an additional business day.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, this is possible. Please contact our customer service.
How can I track my order?
What happens if I am not at home during delivery?
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
No, unfortunately this isn't possible. Please contact the shipping company's customer service for this.
Does Powerlit also deliver on Saturdays?
Yes, we also deliver on Saturdays.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Did you receive a damaged or defective item? That's very frustrating and certainly not what you want.
We recommend that you immediately take photos of the defect/damage and contact us, so we can help you find the right solution.
How are large or black items delivered?
Large shipments are shipped by pallet, small shipments by parcel post. This depends on the situation.

Do you also offer support in other languages?
We can help you in Dutch, English or German.

What is the warranty period on your products?
All our products have a minimum 24-month warranty unless otherwise stated.
How do I claim warranty?
Do you offer repair services?
No, unfortunately we do not offer that (yet).
Can I track the status of the warranty process?
No, unfortunately that's not possible. We'll let you know as soon as we have more news.
What should I do if my product becomes defective after the warranty period?
If the product becomes defective outside the warranty period, you will be responsible for the cost of any repairs unless we make alternative arrangements with you.
Do you offer spare parts?
For this, please contact our customer service.
Are there maintenance tips available for my product?
This depends on the type of product. Different rules apply to batteries than to battery chargers. Consult the manual on the product page or in our knowledge base.

We always do our best to ensure the product information online is as accurate as possible. Please note, however, that there's always a small chance of a deviation from reality.
Do you also offer product demonstrations?
No, we don't offer product demonstrations ourselves, but our products can be viewed and ordered from one of our partners. Check the store locator to see which store is affiliated.
Are there safety regulations when using your products?
Yes, always read the user manual carefully before using a Powerlit product.

Do you have a physical store or showroom?
No, we don't have a physical store ourselves. However, we do have several affiliated points of sale that carry our brand and where the products are on display.
Is there a possibility for group purchases or discounts?
Absolutely! Send an email to info@powerlit.nl with the product(s) you're interested in and the quantities, and we'll let you know what's possible.
Do you also offer insurance for purchased Powerlit products?
No, we don't offer this (yet). We do offer an extended warranty, which can be found on the product pages themselves.
Can I also order as a company?
Yes, this is possible. You can enter your company name at checkout. You will then receive the invoice in your company name.
Can you also install?
No, we don't currently install batteries ourselves. However, we do have affiliated partners who can arrange installation for you. Check the Store Locator on our website to see if there's an installation location near you.

What quality marks do Powerlit products have?
All our products comply with European laws and regulations. This means that our products carry at least a CE mark and comply with RoHS guidelines. Each individual product has its own guidelines, so please check the product page to see which certifications are available for each product.
How do I stay safe while using Powerlit products?
We recommend that you carefully read the manual for your specific product. It explains how to best use the Powerlit product.

What can I do with the Powerlit App?
The Powerlit app helps you stay connected to your Powerlit batteries. You can view your battery status in real time, receive notifications for important events, and easily locate your battery via Bluetooth or the built-in scanner. This way, you always have control over your battery's performance and lifespan.
