What are the shipping costs?
At Powerlit, shipping is always free.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
If we receive your order before 5:00 PM, we can usually still ship it with our shipping partners. Please keep in mind that a package will take 1-2 business days to reach you.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can always track your order. After you've placed your order and we've shipped it, you'll automatically receive an email with the carrier's tracking code. If you haven't received it, please feel free to email us with any questions.
How can I return an item?
You can return an item by contacting our customer service team via our customer service page. You can then ask us a question about returning your purchase. We will then send you a return label and instructions.
